A little Steampunk assemblage necklace I made from a lovely, artisan-made antiqued brass locket case with a clear window and a mixed metal collage of upcycled watch parts; gears; watch balances; and a small, banded green stone, likely malachite (perhaps the crystal that powers the machine!). I salvaged these old gears myself from vintage clocks and pocket watches-- they are real machine parts and not imitation casts. The locket opens for a closer look. This pendant is not resin filled.
The little shadowbox locket hangs on a matching 20 in (50.8 cm) antiqued brass chain with lobster clasp closure. Locket itself measures 1.5 in (3.8 cm) in diameter.
As with all my steampunk lockets, this piece is one of a kind!
